We welcome proposals from people who can bring reliable knowledge or a strong learning perspective to VHTC, including:
Healthcare Contributors
Doctors, nurses, pharmacists, allied health professionals, clinical educators, and qualified trainees.
Teachers and Subject Experts
Educators, researchers, tutors, and professionals with demonstrable subject knowledge.
Student Contributors
Students who can create accurate notes, exam strategies, question solutions, or peer-learning resources.
Writers and Visual Educators
Educational writers, editors, illustrators, and designers who create clear learning materials.
Relevant qualifications or experience improve trust, but a job title alone does not guarantee acceptance. The quality and accuracy of the proposed work remain essential.
Topics We Are Looking For
Medical and Nursing Education
Anatomy, physiology, diseases, assessment, nursing care, clinical skills, procedures, pharmacology, drug safety, laboratory values, and patient education.
Science and Mathematics
Biology, chemistry, physics, and mathematics explained through concepts, worked examples, and revision resources.
Exam Preparation
NEET, JEE, board, nursing, medical, and other academic exam guides, practice questions, previous-year questions, and evidence-based study methods.
Visual Learning Resources
Original diagrams, flowcharts, comparison tables, checklists, infographics, mnemonics, and concise revision sheets.
Career, admission, scholarship, and education-news proposals may also be considered when the information comes from current official sources and provides clear value to learners.
Editorial and Quality Standards
A strong VHTC contribution should meet all of the following standards:
Our Policy on AI-Assisted Content
AI tools may help with brainstorming, organization, language improvement, or research discovery, but they cannot replace subject knowledge, human judgment, or source verification. If you use an AI tool:
- fact-check every claim, number, quotation, reference, and link;
- rewrite the work using your own expertise and ensure it genuinely helps the reader;
- check that cited sources exist and actually support the claims made;
- remove fabricated, repetitive, generic, or unsafe material; and
- disclose material AI assistance when submitting or when an editor asks.
Mass-generated, unverified, misleading, or lightly edited AI content will not be accepted.
Content We Do Not Accept
- Plagiarized, scraped, spun, previously published, or copyright-infringing material.
- Fake credentials, invented data, fabricated quotations, or references that cannot be verified.
- Unsafe medical claims, guaranteed cures, fear-based health content, or medicine and dosage advice without proper educational context.
- Undisclosed sponsored posts, affiliate promotions, paid links, link-building submissions, or keyword-stuffed articles.
- Content promoting gambling, casinos, cryptocurrency schemes, adult services, illegal products, or other material unsuitable for an education website.
- Patient records, names, images, case details, student information, or other confidential personal data shared without valid authorization.
- Images, PDFs, diagrams, or questions copied from books, websites, examinations, or institutions without permission.
What to Include With Your Proposal
Send a concise proposal first. A complete submission should include:

- Your proposed title and a short explanation of why it will help VHTC readers.
- A brief outline or the complete draft in an accessible document format.
- Your full name, short author bio, and relevant qualification or experience.
- A list of reliable sources with working links or complete reference details.
- Original image files, captions, alternative text, and ownership or license details, if applicable.
- Disclosure of prior publication, sponsorship, conflicts of interest, financial relationships, and material AI assistance.
For privacy and safety, do not send patient records, government IDs, passwords, financial information, unpublished examination material, or unnecessary personal data.
How the Review Process Works
Send a Proposal
Share the topic, angle, outline, and author details.
Initial Review
We assess relevance, originality, expertise, and reader value.
Editorial Check
The draft may be checked for clarity, sources, safety, and accuracy.
Revisions
We may request corrections, stronger evidence, or structural changes.
Decision
An accepted article is prepared for publication and author credit.
Submission does not guarantee a reply or publication. Review time varies with topic, workload, source checking, and revision needs. VHTC may accept, decline, edit, postpone, update, correct, or remove content at its editorial discretion.
Ownership, Permission, and Compensation
You must own the submitted work or have documented permission to use every included element. Unless separate written terms say otherwise, you retain ownership of your original work. By submitting it, you give VHTC permission to review and edit the material and, if accepted, to publish, display, format, update, and promote it with appropriate credit.
Any exclusivity, licensing, attribution, reuse, or payment arrangement must be confirmed in writing before publication. Compensation, if any, is considered case by case and must be agreed in writing before work begins. Unsolicited proposals and submissions are not automatically paid.
Contributor FAQs
Do I need to be a professional writer?
No. Subject knowledge, accuracy, originality, and the ability to explain clearly matter most. Our editors may suggest structural or language changes.
Can students submit content?
Yes. Students may submit useful notes, question solutions, study methods, or visual resources, provided the work is accurate, original, properly sourced, and within their level of competence.
Can I submit an article published elsewhere?
Normally, no. Tell us about any prior or simultaneous publication before submission. Do not submit content that violates another publisher's rights or agreement.
Will every submission be published?
No. We consider editorial fit, quality, originality, evidence, reader value, available resources, and existing coverage before making a decision.
Is payment guaranteed?
No. Unsolicited submissions are not automatically paid. Any compensation must be discussed and confirmed in writing before commissioned work begins.
How long will the review take?
There is no fixed review period. Timing depends on the topic, volume of submissions, source verification, specialist review, and requested revisions.
